curses! the nefarious Kiersten White has foiled my best intentions!

I was supposed to be on editorial lockdown all week, and instead I haven't wanted to do anything but read the galley of Paranormalcy *someone* (Kiersten White. That's who it was. I'm just going to come out and say it so that everyone can heckle her) sent me! Unfortunately I am LITERALLY unable to concentrate on my life until I know what happens. Evil, evil, evil.

Too bad no one else gets to read it until September. Nyuk.

You knocked this one out of the park, Kiersten. And to think, we knew you "when."

I love you, Moonie. You knew I had a rough night and I'd wake up to this, didn't you?

And also, cue MASSIVE RELIEF that you weren't like, "Oh my gosh, how do I pretend like I don't know her so I never have to talk to her again?" after you read it. Because I'd hate for you to never talk to me again.

And I'm not one bit sorry for ruining your work week.

moon rat, you tease!

I haven't even read the book yet, and I love it! I did an interview with Kiersten last week, and I can't imagine how someone so awesome could have written anything but an awesome book.

When she's the next (insert wildly popular author here), I'll be able to say I knew her when she was still freaking out over her first ARCs :)

Interview her if you're interested. http://aclairedawn.blogspot.com/2010/04/talk-back-thursdays-kiersten-white.html

That should be interview herE, not her.

Let's hear it for typos that change meaning.

NB please don't type "highly reTarded agent instead of reGarded :)

So glad to hear that you love this book because it's HIGH on my list to glom once it debuts. But you're also kind of a tease, darling 'cause now the rest of us will be have to WAIT (which we hate!) till the Fall. Thanks for the rave and congrats to Kiersten!

I wouldn't mind having my work interrupted by a little bit of Paranormalcy. Sigh.

This is one of the best things on my horizon between now and Santa's return...

Kiersten White said...

Whirl, initial glance I thought you said "Between now and Satan's return."

Which, really, I'd *hope* my book ranks above Satan's return in levels of pleasantness.

Santa is okay to trump me though.

Gorgeous cover. I am waiting patiently for my order to come through. I can wait *tents fingers* I can wait.

So, now that Kiersten's cover is up here, is it open season on sending cover art? LOL
