just finished reading

Herzog, by Saul Bellow. My review here. Anyone else read it? Any thoughts?

I had to read it for my Jewish Lit class in grad school. It was many years ago; too many to count.

I'm still, to this day, bored.

Susan--you definitely made me laugh :)

Any chance you remember what else was on that reading list? I'd be very, very interested.

I am seconding the person who said "I bet you'll like Augie March more."

My favorite Bellow is Dangling Man, though. To me, that was where he got the balance of emotion and words exactly right.

I saw the review. Haven't read it, and probably won't. Since I don't have easy access to books right now.

I have finished reading this. But the content is too short for your blog. Hope to see new updates from you soon.
