Google searches that have brought people here recently
for your delectation:
"Naked girls Waterbury"
"editorial assistant blog" [why yes, it seems that would be I]
"Toni Morrison literary ass" [hmm, any ideas, anyone?]
"Best King Arthur books written" [this one makes me happy; our list has become a Google authority]
"why do the British?" [I have no idea, hun; I'm really sorry]
a lot of people come in on searches re: AR--so thanks for everyone who contributed to that discussion; your comments are being read and utilized everyday

Great post. Very funny! AS for the Morrison link- no idea except the repeating of those 3 letters- ass.
Do you get referenced every time the word ass is used? I can only imagine all the things people might be searching for in conjunction with that word.
That's...interesting.

Susiej, I am referenced every time my wife uses the word. And probably every time my pubilsher uses the word, for that matter.
Hee hee! Our favorite google search that has brought people to us so far is "snacks in east hampton."
Best searches to my group blog this week:
writers with deprived childhoods
break into hives
Makes me want to think twice about what I'm sharing with the world. :)
My favorite on my blog was "I can haz time." Apparently a lolcat got loose on my blog at some point.
That's so exciting that you are now a King Arthur authority ;)! Congrats!
Very funny - I bet the people searching for Toni Morrison's ass were disappointed!

Totally bizarre.
Toni Morrison - one of your book club discussion was on Toni Morrison. Combine that with your blog name Editorial ASS and I'm sure the word literary appears often on your blog, so you'd probably be in the top 10 google search results of "Toni Morrison Literary Ass"
But "Naked Women"? Moonrat. What would DadRat say? :O
Speaking of Arthur books, I just stumbled across The Last Enchantment at a second-hand store. I bought it and read it in two nights. I'd forgotten how much I loved those books as a kid -- Mary Stewart made a very big impression on me. Based on your list I'm giving Mists a shot as well.
Bwahahahaha! Those crazy googlers...
But why Waterbury?
(Also,"and a tuppence for your shoe" is my personal favorite for my blog)
I live in and blog from Tijuana, Mexico. I checked once. Never again! Holy crap! Words (naked, hookers, tequila) don't do it justice.
Oh, I also wanted to say that Mary Stewart's triology were the books that turned me onto fantasy.
They were also the first adult books I read. No wonder I have a thing for the sword wielding/tunic wearing kind of guy.
That's it!
I'm taking Google to court!
I typed in 'supreme wonder rat' and you didn't appear till hit #342.
Someone ought to tell them that whole Clinton/Lewinsky thing is so not where it's at.
