just finished reading

A Short History of Women, by Kate Walbert. My review here. Anyone else read it? Any thoughts?

Haven't read that one. Can't say that I will either, after reading your review. No loose ends tied? Really?

Hmm...okay, now I'm thinking I might pick it up just out of curiosity. How do you finish off a book without tying up those trip-worthy loose ends?

See what you did there? Yeah, thanks...now I have to read it.

I heard a review on NPR...can't remember who reviewed it, unfortunately...and she felt like it was too much of a downer. Okay, so she said a lot more than that. But it sounded like it depressed her.

So, can you tell I haven't read it?

word verification: Tripp!

I never heard of this book before yesterday, then Maureen Corrigan reviews it on NPR, and my favorite blogger posts about it here. Hmmm, perhaps the fates are telling me something.
