I'm with Ann. I think the relationship of Boss and Employee is not to accomplish actual tasks, merely to increase or shrink that brown circle.

I think it's still missing one, tiny, concentric circle: "Things that will be accomplished in the time available."

Definitely need to shift that boss circle more to the left. How often does your boss feel there are things you really shouldn't be doing?

The biggest circle for me is the really huge outer blue circle of things I just don't want to do.

Besides the missing "things that will get done in the time available" circle, I think you need another tiny circle for "things other people expect me to do that my boss doesn't realize is part of my job."
