"Rice Krispies treat made by soaking the cereal in KahlĂșa, dehydrating it, repeating that process, and then soaking it in vodka, sugar, and half-and-half."

Strangely, that's how I prepared my Rice Krispies this morning for breakfast.

The Cuba Libre seems to be derived from the new classic, The Jello Shot.

Hey, they're getting drunk over at Church Lady's blog today in honour of Evil Editor.

Oh, I would definitely love to try the rice krispie drunkies...

We used to make something called jungle juice... cut up all sorts of citrus fruit and melons, toss in fruit punch, whole grain alcohol (we were insane), and rum... If you actually drank it, you'd fall down after one or two... if you ate the fruit, you'd still fall down, but you didn't see it coming.

Ah, the good old days. We also mixed it in a clean cooler, so this place is way more civilized

This may entice me to drink (eat?) again.

"consisting of rum and coke gelatinized into a cube (hence the name)"...

I hope they realize that standard rum and coke is already called a cuba libre.

Ooh yes, that does sound kind of fun. I think I'm going to post about the White Russian rice crispies!

I hope you're going/have already gone.
